Workshop for Multipliers

From September 15 to 20, 2008, BalticStudyNet held a workshop for academic and administrative staff from higher education institutions from non-European countries. The topic of this event was “Higher Education in the Baltic Sea Region”. After a comprehensive introduction to politics, history, economy, and culture of the region, the participants had the opportunity to learn about universities, study opportunities, scholarships, projects and networks that make the region such an interesting destination for non-European students. Since the workshop took place in Berlin, Germany and Tallinn, Estonia the participants could also experience the diversity of the Baltic Sea Region.
